Refund policy

We want you to love your Foldcase product. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items: Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by us may not be eligible for a refund.
